The stage they're in right now, which will be over before you get around to booking again. Chin in both hands, halfway up a tree, running the whole field.

Grandparents, cousins, the whole extended crowd, while everyone is in the same county on the same afternoon.
Seniors
The last year they live at home, photographed like a person rather than a yearbook slot. Their places, their gear, their dog. Book it in the fall while the light is still worth having.
